NAIOP held its 12th Annual “Texas Shoot-out” real estate MBA case challenge on April 6, 2017. Participating schools included Texas Tech, SMU, Texas A&M, UT Arlington, Baylor, UT Austin and UTD. First place of $6000 was awarded to UT Austin and second place of $3,000 was awarded to UTD. The case was to develop and submit a best and final offer price for the two vacant land parcels totaling 13.64 acres located in Legacy Central in Plano being developed by Regent Proper. The case was written by LYNOUS Talent Management’s principal Julie Lynch.
