We are all fortunate to work in one of the greatest states in the Union.  Texas and specifically the North Texas region continues to lead the country in terms of net in-migration of people and businesses! Our favorable regulatory and tax environment continues to bolster population growth, job growth and economic growth.  As a result, the NAIOP North Texas Chapter is optimistic about our future and we expect to outperform across all asset classes relative to the rest of the country.

Our Board of Directors is committed to serving our membership and their needs within this dynamic industry. We are thankful to be living in one of the most vibrant real estate markets in the country, and the NAIOP North Texas Chapter is working hard to keep it that way! As always, we appreciate your feedback on our programs, and we look forward to seeing you at our upcoming programs and special events.
