Tracy Thompson
V.P. Airport Real Estate

Tracy Thompson is Vice President of the Airport Real Estate Department of the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport Board, a position she has held since October 1995. As Vice President of Airport Real Estate, Ms. Thompson is responsible for the development and management of the Airport's real property, including the negotiation and administration of all leases and contracts for Airport terminal facilities with the airlines and other aviation related customers, the Consolidated Rental Car Facility and air cargo/maintenance hangar facilities. In addition, she is responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of the Airport's Real Property Development Program that is designed to enhance Airport revenues through real property commercial development. Tracy started her career as an attorney practicing real estate and banking law in Dallas and prior to joining the Airport Board she was Senior Real Estate Counsel for American Airlines.

Ms. Thompson received her Bachelor of Business Administration and Law Degree from Southern Methodist University. She is currently a candidate for the Accredited Airport Executive Designation.
