2009 Texas Shoot Out
The Fourth Annual Texas Shoot-Out Academic Challenge was held at the Dallas Country Club on April 2, 2009. The primary sponsor was PlainsCapital Bank. First place prize money of $10,000 was awarded to Texas Christian University and second place of $7,500 was awarded to Baylor.
A total of seven schools participated in the challenge including SMU, UT Austin, Rice, Texas A&M, Baylor, TCU and Texas Tech.
The case for the event was provided by Lynous Consulting.
