NAIOP DEVELOPING LEADERS has been formed with the intention of expanding the opportunities for young real estate professionals within the Commercial Real Estate industry. By becoming a member of NAIOP Developing Leaders, you will:

  • Have a chance to learn about successful projects within the industry
  • Get exposure to influential veterans
  • Learn about issues that affect our industry
  • Network with fellow real estate peers

NAIOP is looking to rising young professionals in the commercial real estate industry to bring new ideas and energy to the organization!

In 2008 we will continue to meet with leaders in the Dallas-Fort Worth real estate industry and area civic leaders while incorporating some

of the notable developments around the Metroplex. Being a member in the program entitles you to full NAIOP membership as well as all of the extra benefi ts to being a part of the North Texas Developing Leaders. MISSION STATEMENT
North Texas NAIOP Developing Leaders is a membership within the North Texas NAIOP Chapter for real estate professionals under 35 years of age with at least 1.5 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Our members will actively seek insight into the North Texas commercial real estate market and the various professions within the real estate industry, while looking to enrich their individual professional development and that of the group as a whole.
